Phoenix Country Club offers a wide array of venues for membersí special events. Whether it is a business meeting/luncheon, baby shower or wedding reception, we accommodate groups from 10 to 400. From Audio visual needs to table setups, style of food stations or a dance floor, we are available to accommodate our members.
The Board room is set up with a large conference table to accommodate ten to sixteen people. It is ideal for private meetings with access to a teleconference phone, video presentation or the specific needs of the user.
Whether you have a small group of twenty or a large group of 100, the three Players Rooms can be combined or separated by air walls. Each room is equipped with microphones, video equipment, podiums, etc.
The Presidentís Room is elegantly decorated with comfortable couches, chairs and tables. With itís own bar and patio with views of the golf course, it is ideal for receptions, luncheons or meetings.
The Ballroom is approximately 4,300 sq. ft and can be separated into two smaller rooms. With views of our golf course and Camelback Mountain, our ballroom accommodates groups from 60 to 300. Our members have the option of using just one room or both. With room for a band and dance floor, our ballroom is ideal for weddings, mitzvahs, fundraisers and holiday parties.
